During the holiday season, Kaiya Grigg decided to reach out to the Mike Peterson Foundation for assistance to provide 60 low-income families in the town of Branchville in Orangeburg County with hams for the holidays. We were excited to cover the cost of the hams from Shuman Foods, and our donation, along with contributions from other local community partners, provided each home with a complete Thanksgiving meal. Last week, we were able to help distribute the Thanksgiving boxes to those chosen families.
